Here is a sunshine-y recipe with fresh mango and basil.
Mango Basil Smoothies (makes 2)
- 1 ripe mango, pit removed
- 1/2 banana
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 1/2 cups of non-dairy milk(I used macadamia)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 4 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix thoroughly.
